Congratulations to DJ Gentile, a Casa Grande High School alum currently attending Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, will play for the Anchorage, Alaska Glacier Pilots in the 2008 National Baseball Conference World Series. DJ had an outstanding season with the Mat-Su Miners of Palmer, AK, batting .361.
The NBC World Series begins today in Wichita, KS. DJ's team plays their first game on Monday.
