CUP O' JO - Nov 13, 2008

TOMMY EVERIDGE - Los Gigantes de Carolina, Puerto Rico (1B, Oakland A's Organization - Midland Rockhounds, AA) Big game for Tommy last night.  He was 2-for-4 four with a first inning three-run home run in the Gigantes 5-2 win over Mayaguez. He reached on a fielder's choice in the 5th and Eddy Martinez-Esteve pushed him across with a single. He had a two out single in the 7th and K'd in the 3rd.  Tommy is batting .286 with two homeruns and 7 RBIs 6 games into the season. Carolina is 3-3, 1.5 games back of Arecibo in the 6 team league.  They've got a day off today.
