STown's Jason Lane Signs Minor League Deal With Toronto

Jason Lane, hails from nearby Sebastopol.  I think that makes him a "Sebastopudlian" as opposed to a Sebastopol, Ukraine "Sebastopolokian" or a Sebastopol, Austrailia "Sebastopolmateyian".  Anyway, Jason is hoping to catch on with the Blue Jays this season.  He's inked a minor league contract with an invite to Spring Training and we PTowners wish him well as we try to keep the ole baseball blog alive during the dog days of winter.  No kidding... another string of 70 degree days in NorCal is on the horizon.
